However, one person told me that if I hook up two DVBWorld USB devices on the same machine, both will independently tune to different channels. BUT only one will actually provide a stream; and the other one will do nothing.

I would presume it goes without saying that there are people who want to use two or more of these tuners on the same setup. I asked for more information on this, but there seems to be a language barrier; as they mainly speak Chinese.
